Najsłynniejszy film zrealizowany przez Trome. Bohaterem jest Melvin - "paker" z New Jersey. Pewnego dnia uciekając przed Slugiem i Bozo Melvin wpadł do kadzi z odpadami toksycznymi. Nasz bohater zmutował i jako tytułowy "Toxic Avenger" wypowiedział wojnę przestępcom.
